Quick Update:
Moriah's echocardiogram has been rescheduled to tomorrow at 2:00 pm. She will need to be sedated, so they can get good pictures of her heart. We should know thereafter if she will need heart surgery; the cardiologist agreed with me yesterday that we should move forward, and quickly, if the holes are there. He said that her brain is developed enough to handle the start-stop of the heart that will be required of her in open heart surgery, so we are able to move safely forward.
It's been a difficult day for Moriah; lots of loud, fast breathing.
Please pray for us to find a way for both Jason and I to attend the appointment tomorrow, which actually begins at 1 and probably won't finish until 6. We're mostly praying for clarity for the doctor, that what needs to be done will be obvious to him, and to all of us. We're praying for peace, especially for our little girl.
