The countdown is on in so many ways...10 weeks left of pregnancy (or so), 2 weeks left of doctoral classes, 3 papers left to write, 4 drama of the boys' drama rehearsals left to go, 3 drama performances, 2 presentations at a state conference left to give...am trying as we check things off the "to do" list to find moments of quiet reflection and great joy, and not to waste these May days ticking things off and waiting for less busy days (especially since they so rarely come).
It IS an exciting week for us this week, particularly as we look forward to our neighborhood park clean up day on Saturday. It's been such an adventure to move to our home and become connected with a group of people here who have helped us to secure funding for a park renovation...so many neighbors are now involved! This is truly a dream-come-true for us.
Since there is so little time for writing, though, I'll tell some of the story of our last couple weeks in photos...some of our family in Costa Rica (we had an AMAZING vacation) and some from yesterday's baby shower. Enjoy!
